In using my decades of clinical expertise from working and teaching in a Labor & Delivery Department, I strive to find a plan that best works for your personal and educational needs. I am here to support, inform, educate, and most importantly empower you to meet your goals. My intent is simply to help you achieve your breastfeeding and educational goals. 

Prenatally, I offer In Person Small Group Lamaze Based Childbirth Classes and 

In Person Small Group Breastfeeding Classes.  I am excited to be offering in person classes to our local community once again after the pandemic hiatus. As a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, I bring 34 years of Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Childbirth, and Breastfeeding teaching expertise and experience to you and your support person in these small group, evidenced based classes. These classes are a great way not only to learn and prepare for your childbirth and breastfeeding journeys, but also to begin building relationships with other new parents. Postpartum, I offer In Home Private Lactation Consultations, which is where I come to your home and help you navigate any breastfeeding challenges that you may be dealing with.  Each Breastfeeding journey is unique to the mom and that baby.  If you feel the breastfeeding is not going well, know that I am here to help. In using my decades of experience and clinical expertise as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and listening to you, the mother and your baby, together we will find a plan the best works for you both. My goal is simply to help you achieve your personal breastfeeding goals.
