If you are planning a scheduled Cesarean Birth or anticipate that a cesarean birth will be necessary, this class is for you & your support person.

This comprehensive, evidenced based  4.5 hour class is ideally taken in the end of the 2nd trimester or the beginning of the third trimester. Class reviews the cesarean birth and surgical procedure, common procedures/interventions, post operative recovery, importance of skin to skin, what a typical hospital cesarean hospital birth stay looks like, tips for preparing for both your days as a patient and for when you go home.  This class also includes the newborn care content.

Cesarean Birth Education Class is taught privately for mom and up to two support persons. Date & time of class to be prearranged.
